- 1 ripe banana- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Matcha Paste - In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with a few tablespoons of warm water until smooth. This helps to dissolve the matcha powder properly.
2. Blend the Smoothie - In a blender, combine the almond milk, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and the matcha paste prepared earlier.
3. Serve - Pour the matcha smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can optionally garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder on top for a decorative touch.
